Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of our practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of our team. Your privacy will be respected.
Telephoning your Doctor
Our doctors are can be reached during clinic hours. A message will be taken by reception if the doctor is unavailable at the time. Alternatively a nurse may be able to assist with your enquiry.
Test Results
Obtaining test results requires an appointment with your doctor. To maintain confidentiality, results will not be provided over the telephone. At the time the test is performed we recommend you discuss the best timing for your follow up appointment.
Recall System
Beach Street Family Medicine is committed to preventative medicine. Patients are enrolled in our computer generated Recall Reminder System. Your doctor will discuss the benefits of the recall system and seek your participation.
Patient Feedback
At Beach Street Family Medicine we welcome your feedback on the services we provide. We encourage you to utilise the "Suggestion Box" located in our waiting room.
