This is a hard time for everyone and we are with you. To ensure patients have safe access to medical care, whilst reducing exposure risk to other patients and healthcare workers, Beach Street Family Medicine has taken stringent measures to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic.
Appointments are available via Telehealth, as well as ‘in-person’ consultations at the clinic if deemed necessary by the doctor.
Please note that we are still providing all the same care including mental health, and chronic disease management which we realise is especially important during this time.
All cosmetic procedures such as lip fillers, anti wrinkle injections and dermal fillers are not currently being performed. For further information please call reception.
HELP PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID19:
We DO NOT test for COVID19 at Beach Street Family Medicine. Please go to your local authorised pop-up testing facility or authorised COVID19 test site.
Do not attend the practice if you have fever, sore throat, runny nose, cough or any other symptoms of COVID19. Call reception for instruction on how to see your doctor.
Please be kind to our staff and each other. We ask that you wear a mask at all times on the premises. Prior to entering the premises, a staff member will check your temperature.
Phone ahead if you think you need medical attention. You will be booked into a Telehealth appointment.
If you need to see your doctor in person, please advise the staff at reception. Be advised that not all doctors are currently seeing patients in person.
